The team are skilled in project management, design and engineering, budgeting and planning as well as operations management combined with quality control and in-depth analytical reporting.
We work on behalf of owners, yacht managers, brokers and shipyards and provide advice and services prior to project start and/or throughout their new build and refit projects.

LAGOS YACHT offers a full spectrum of after sales and marine services. Besides wintering and maintenance in our facilities, we can provide remote assistance and information for the captain and crew to solve issues on board. We can also source and ship spare parts and even fly key experts around the world for on-site assistance.
